Penny

Penny

01.01.2000 – 06.05.2015

Peter: Once we started competing in agility, we got more and more involved with dogs. We found out about Greyhounds and their plight when they retire. So we adopted Penny from Northwest Canadian Greyhound League in September 2001. While Penny knew how to do all of the equipment (favourite obstacle: the teeter!), she enjoyed being a couch potato best of all!  There’s a greyhound sized hole left behind.

Paprika

05.02.2004 — 06.27.2014

Peter: Paprika, or Rika, was a fire cracker. She so loved agility and screamed with joy the entire time so was on the course. Rika’s enthusiasm is the reason for our slogan “Run Fast. Bark Hard.” I miss you so much, little Potato.

Ash

09.06.1999 — 12.17.2013

Emma: I have learned so much from Ash for which I’ll be eternally grateful that she was in my life. Ash taught me humility, patience, how to be a better trainer and handler, how to deal with a reactive dog, and how to be the kind of person she thought I was. I will miss you so much Ash-puppy.

Irra

Irra

05.1997 — 03.22.2013

Peter: Irra was my first agility and frisbee dog. She did agility to please me but it was not her favourite thing. Playing with the frisbee, including some very impressive back flips was her favourite activity of all. She taught me patience, and how to teach a timid dog. Miss you mooshie.

Soot ADC, SGDC, AGDC, CRNMCL

\soot

06.2001 — 03.06.2013

Emma: Soot was the softest, most gentle and loving dog. She was a total ditz and we never could get our start line stay in agility but she was an awesome gamblers dog because she loved to run wide! She was also a fabulous obedience dog. I miss you my gorgeous girl.
